Hair Transplant
MHR Clinic in Dublin
The Hair Transplant procedure (FUE - follicle unit extraction ) is a hair restoration procedure that is performed by extracting hair follicles from the donor site and implanted into the areas where hair loss has occurred.
The implanted hair can take up to a year to grow to its full potential. At this stage, the hair regrowth is very natural with clients stating it was ‘just like before’. There will be minimal impact on the donor and recipient area, giving a natural and even looking coverage for the client.
The hair restoration surgery is performed at our sister clinic in their new premises in Dawson Street, Dublin by a Registered Surgeon and qualified nursing team. Your dedicated MHR Belfast Specialist (Eamonn) will accompany you to Dublin and be on hand the full day of the procedure and will transport you back to Belfast after the surgery is complete.
The MHR Belfast Aftercare Package is also included with the FUE procedure for up to 1 year post surgery.
This includes a dedicated MHR Belfast Specialist (Eamonn) to provide one on one advice and support in the weeks leading up to the procedure, on the day of the procedure and in the critical days post surgery for removal of bandages, care of transplanted area and donor site etc. Eamonn is on call for each client and will also check in periodically. Four weeks post surgery, the main elements of the Aftercare package in our Belfast office will kick in, which Eamonn will advise on at that point. Eamonn will be your point of contact from consultation, to procedure to Aftercare.
Hair transplants are suitable for males and females, however an initial consultation will be required in our Belfast office, so our Hair Loss Specialist can assess the clients donor and recipient sites for suitability.
